ENTER Curated Choice #7 - Sophie de Vos

We are delighted to announce that Sophie de Vos is selected for ENTER’s 7th edition of Curated Choice, with the work Our Bodies Are Only Temporary Places to Shelter II.

Curated Choice is a virtual initiative, where an art personality is invited to propose a theme under which they curate a selection of works from the participating ENTER galleries. With 96 participating galleries we couldn’t be more proud to be included in the selection!

This year’s theme was Future Visions: “Art is not only a mirror but also a sculptor of the ever-changing contours of our society. In this curated choice, Dea Kudibal explores a theme of works that not only speculate on the future of femininity and empowerment but also contemplate the essence of beauty. During societal transformations, the notion of beauty unfolds in multifaceted ways. What constitutes beauty? Is it a fundamental aspect of our existence? And can exquisite artworks elevate our souls? The chosen pieces contemplate these inquiries through diverse lenses, each offering a unique exploration.”

Dea Kudibal is the founder of the eponymous women's wear brand DEA KUDIBAL, merging her passion for the arts with her expertise in fashion design. Dea's creations transcend mere garments, serving as canvases for personal expression and individual style.
