Root Gallery is moving!

As many of you know by now, Root Gallery will move its location to a new building in Krimpen a/d Lek! On Saturday June 24 from 19.00- 22.00 you are welcome to visit the current gallery space one last time. This evening will serve as a goodbye party and celebration of the wonderful exhibition ‘Never Lost’ by Quinda Verheul. 

Though the current location has many charms, it also proved to be unsustainable for the long term. Moving to a new location allows Root to expand on its ambitions, creating opportunities to further instigate the interaction between artists, collectors and visitors. 

Built into a dike, the new building has unique architectural features with a lot of opportunities. This summer, we will start with a huge renovation to turn it into a beautiful place for showcasing, creating two exhibition floors to enjoy many new artworks. We are beyond excited for this next step and can’t wait to share all of the developments in the coming months!
